About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our high-growth SaaS company. This role is ideal for someone looking to push themselves further in sales, particularly in the tech and telecommunications sectors. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing C-level relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives across your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Deliver compelling SaaS product demonstrations via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas (e.g., President’s Club, top performer awards).
• Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Preferred Experience

• Background in telecom, HR tech, or IT services.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Enterprise SaaS sales experience
• Security clearance or experience working with government or regulated industries.
