Put the FUN back into work and join our Guest Experience or Membership Team! Our departments are currently on the hunt to fill one full-time (40 hours per week) and multiple part-time (20-29 hours per week) positions in various areas.
Ideal candidates are committed to advancing the Zoo’s mission to protect nature and inspire people to care for our world. Successful candidates will be people-focused individuals and exemplify the Zoo’s exceptional customer service standards to our guests throughout every interaction.
We are currently looking for team members in the following areas:
- Animal Feed Attendant- This (new!) position is partially responsible for animal feeds and is part of the Attractions Team. The Animal Feed Attendant is always on the move, from distributing animal food to handling tickets at the bird aviaries, kangaroo doors, and giraffe exhibits.
- Guest Relations/ Customer Service Team Members- Our Guest Relations and Customer Service Team Members welcome guests with a smile and are always ready to help with ticket purchases and answer any questions or concerns. They go the extra mile by providing exemplary customer service to all Zoo visitors.
- Rides Operators- From greeting guests at exhibits to operating our thrilling rides (train, carousel, roller coaster, and sky ride) and ensuring safety procedures are followed, the FUN never stops for our Ride Operators.
- Park Services Team Members- Behind the scenes, our Park Services Team Members work hard to set up events and keep our amenities, exhibits, and grounds clean.
- Membership Services Coordinator- This full-time position is geared towards a customer-focused individual who can remain calm in high-pressure situations. The Membership Services Coordinator communicates positively with members and guests via phone, email, and chat; answers inquiries, processes mail, and assists with tracking membership sales activities among other responsibilities.
